This is our formal return and refund policy:

Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (I.e 5 days)
• State of return (e.g disaster,unprofessional)
• Process for return (i.e. Please Email us to our business email so we have a written dissolution of agreement )
• Process of refund (i.e. refunds will be sent back within two to three business days only if there was a problem with the planner or any unplanned weather disasters or health crisis. RETAINER FEE WILL NOT BE RFUNDED!)
